                                       Forgetting worry

There are many reasons for human stress. Hunger, thirst, bankruptcy, loss of job, high cost of living, conflict with others and many other reasons can be mentioned. We can classify the causes of stress as natural and man-made. They can be classified as internal and external factors.

It is observed when a person himself responds to the stress that he has caused himself and when he fails to respond. However, unless it is prevented the stress that nature causes, once it has occurred, it should be accepted rather than trying to reverse it. For example, it is unable to prevent the rain from fallingfloods from occurring, while distorting the weather.

It is unable to prevent the snow melting from the Himalayas, while polluting the environmentIt will be difficult to prevent poor people from being affected by drought, where as releasing excessive carbon over the air. Once the earth stressed with natural factor, it is impossible to reverse it, but the consequence can be minimized.

With what ? By taking care of and protecting natureOtherwise, the earth will not only be filled with sever warming, but also accumulated with the cancer patients. This disease is the most siver of all diseases, for which there is no healing solution. So it is difficult to fight and confront it, unless we accept it merely. The final destination of cancer is nothing other than death.

Anticipating death is the most anxious situation in human life. This is not easily forgettablebut an unforgettable anxiety.

Forgetting this means not being ready to learn. Not learning also makes a problem that could be easy even harder. It forces us to give the same answer to a problem which happen frequently. If a person finds it difficult to answer a previous problem, he has not learned from the problem. If he finds it easy to answer, he has learned from the problem

This is why educated people always look at problems not as serious, but as trivial. But not the people those who are certified in university, rather the people those who are educated with life lesson. Truly educated people are experienced with life lesson. But university certified those who are not equipped with life lesson are brainwashed. In order to look at problems as trivial, it is necessary to learn from life.

To learn from life, it is not appropriate to completely forget about anxiety. Because problems give birth to anxiety. Anxiety gives birth to ideas. Ideas give birth to wisdom and knowledge. Wisdom and knowledge turn problems into solutions, challenges into opportunities. Then the first problem that was difficult will become easy when it happens again. What was a hundred kilos will become ten kilos.

But not all anxiety leads to solutions. Anxiety is different when it is moderate and when it is excessive.

Anxiety is a fire that warms in moderation. It is a fire that burns in excess. Therefore, anxiety, when moderate, gives rise to the idea of a solution. Otherwise, it does not give rise to the idea of a solution, but to the idea of pain or madness. It may not be energy giving stimulus, but become silent killer.

Anxiety has a negative and a positive side. If we focus on the problem rather than the solution , the negative side will increase. If we focus on the solution rather than the problem, the positive side will increase. For this, our perspective is crucial. According to the author, '' When a sentence is read, punctuation is seen but not read.'' Similarly, in times of trouble or distress, there are things that are seen but not read, like punctuation.

When we read a sentence, if we read a comma, initially it does not give a sense, moreover, the sentence loses its meaning. Similarly, in times of trouble or distress, if invisible actions and events, negative speeches get focused, they show the problem as a mistake rather than an opportunity. Then life becomes meaningless. Therefore, in times of trouble or distress, actions and events filled with contempt, negative speeches should not be given attention and space.

But actions and scenes that give hope, positive conversations that strengthen faith, deserve attention.

Because these things show us a problem as an opportunity, not a crime. So let us adjust our perspective and strive to see the good instead of the bad, the solution instead of the problem, and the opportunity instead of the challenge, with faith and hope. Then, the teaching side of anxiety will stand out, not the destructive side. The idea of a solution will be born. But the idea of craziness will be aborted.

Forgetting worries is not the solution to lasting peace. Learning from problems or worries is what brings lasting peace. A person who struggles to forget worries takes actions that harm his life. When he is worried, he looks for alcohol. He attempt to kill himself with  poison. He becomes hopeless. He only wishes for death. He sees only a temporary solution to the problem or worry, rather than permanent solution.

But a person who tries to learn from anxiety takes steps that benefit his life. He prays to his Creator. He asks for help from good people  He turns to books in search of solutions. He gives time and waits.  He makes patience his principle. He overcomes the problem or anxiety with perseverance and study. He always hopes. He overcomes suffering with faith.

Therefore, a person should not fight to forget his worries, but should strive to learn from problems or worries. When we strive to learn from worries, we know the method of reducing worries. It is not a one-time method, but a method that will be used for a lifetime.

When we struggle to forget worries, however, it is a self - defeating or self - destructive method that will be seen the way forward. The one who learns from worries, his life becomes easier. The one who struggles to forget worries, his life become sophisticated. If we learn from worries, the worries will pass. But if we struggle to forget worries, we will pass, but not the worries.

" It is better to learn from worry than to forget about worry ."
